My name is Marshall Bjerke, and I’m a PM. I live near Seattle, WA and have spent years making awesome software.

I am “Lliquid Energy”; inject me into a team and I’ll make sure the people don’t just know what they’re supposed to work on, but why it is important.

I build connections between engineers and customers ensuring the team is excited about what we’re building because we have common understanding on who and how our work makes an impact.

I have strong design skills, both technical and User Experience. I shine at turning customer asks into concrete, achievable feature specifications and UX.

As a former Microsoft PM, I played a key role in launching the Xbox One, transforming Windows into an Online Server and enabling experimentation for Windows developers.
